Returns to the Queen City

A childhood native of Springfield, Missouri,
much of Christopher Long's fiction debut,
Superstar, plays out right in the heart of the
Ozarks. As a result, when Superstar was
released via Moonshine Cove Publishing in
the spring of 2019, one of the two official
launch events was held in his hometown
at ABC Books. Good times, for sure.
To commemorate the one-year anniversary
of Superstar, Chris returned to ABC Books
for another hometown meet-and-greet on
May 21st.
Chris was blessed to have had so many childhood
friends attend his recent hometown author event.
It was an amazing 10-day trek — a bona fide
"Wonder Years"-type experience fueled by
reconnecting with old friends, making new
ones and an array of press ops — culminating
with the ABC book signing.
ABC Books owner, Valerie Earhart will soon
be announcing a VERY special Springfield
Superstar in-store promotion. Stand by!
